With all of the history and tradition that are so deeply ingrained in everything that makes up the game of baseball, balancing that sanctity and ingenuity while still pushing the envelope creatively is the core objective of the all-new 2021 Nike MLB City Connect Series. The designs continue to explore the various franchises’ connection to their respective cities and their fanbases, each with distinct personalities, values, customs and traditions.
The Nike MLB City Connect Series honors the history that binds club, fan, city and culture with seven inaugural designs for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Boston Red Sox, Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers, Miami Marlins, San Francisco Giants. In later seasons, the City Connect Series will feature additional teams from around the league.
