For their brand new collection, Travis Scott’s CACT.US CORP joined forces with Nike designers and took a look into the future. The result is a collection that was created to prepare you for a an adventurous world – or at least for the unpredicability of everyday exploration.
The collection’s ambitious approach is clearly visible in both colorways of the Nike Air Trainer 1, which – amongst other drastic changes to the 80s classic trainer – come with a futuristic snap-on shroud and a stash pocket on the heel, while the much-anticipated Air Max 1 “Baroque Brown” and Air Max 1 “Saturn Gold” reverse the Swoosh (once again). Bright earth tones furthermore pay hommage to La Flame‘s roots in Texas.
The CACT.US CORP apparel takes the idea of adapting to shifting landscapes even further: The technical jacket, for example, is made with (at least) 75% recycled polyester fibers and features GORE-TEX and a removable Polartec® lined hood for warmth. And in case you’re in for a digital detox, a special pocket in both the aforementioned jacket and in the woven pants blocks signals going to and from your cell phone.
