Originally only released as a player’s exclusive in 2001 in the wake of Michael Jordan’s final comeback, the Air Jordan III “True Blue and Copper” finally gets a long-awaited release: Dubbed the ‘Wizards’ colorway, the pair honors Jordan’s time as a player in Washington and wraps the pair in the team’s iconic blue and copper color story.
Constructed with a white leather base and grey accents, the titular colors can be found throughout: While the sockliner and branded heel tabs and parts of the midsole shine in True Blue, the Jumpman embroidery on the tongue and the eyelets are clad in Copper. The mudguard’s iconic elephant pattern, the white midsole with the visible Air unit and a grey rubber outsole round out the pair.
The Air Jordan III “True Blue and Copper” releases at BSTN on Saturday, April 29th. Grab your pair via the button below!
