With the Oktoberfest rapidly approaching, adidas Originals is set to drop the second of two footwear silhouettes inspired by the world’s most famous funfair. To keep it as real as it gets, the three stripes rely on the bonafide Munich locals at BSTN to take the creative lead of curating the releases for these highly sought-after kicks. After bringing back an old favorite in the München MIG, the Bavarian-born and bred sneaker brand introduces a limited edition »Oktoberfest« take on the SC Premiere.
The “Prost” edition of the marquee SC Premiere features an ecru-colored upper and a golden embossing of arguably the most used word on the Oktoberfest ‘Prost’ on its side. The shoes are strictly limited to 100 pairs, with each purchasable shoe being individually numbered.
BSTN underlines its ever-present premium sportswear philosophy through the addition of a custom-built shoebox. The exclusive packaging includes several unique goodies, created in collaboration with Paulaner and following the shoes’ monochrome theme: Premium quality coasters, pins, a bottle opener, and a unique bottle of Paulaner soda.
