SPEAK YA CLOUT: TREMAINE DALTON

Speak ya clout is a series of heart to heart conversations, exclusively found at BSTN Chronicles. From insiders of the fashion business to blazers of new trails and creative forces from other industries, topics vary for each conversation. This time, our friends at Les Deux sat down with Tremaine Dalton, a former pro basketball player and current skills coach, who channels his humanitarian efforts into multiple different projects, most recently The Process.

The Process Basketball is a non-profit founded with the intention of giving young people opportunities through sport. Having worked as a pro coach, Tremaine relies on his experience of training everyone from some of the world’s most exciting young talents to national teams and charities for his efforts with The Process.

Some of Dalton’s previous projects include tackling gun violence in the US, promoting gender equality in Europe, fighting poverty in Central America, fostering racial inclusion in Australia, and encouraging multiculturalism wherever he goes.

Through its outreach program, The Process work to improve the profile of basketball around the world, teaching young players to become better people.
