Abandoning the well-established brown, tan, mocha and green hues of various previous colorways, Travis Scott and Jordan Brand are giving their beloved Air Jordan I Low collab a twist with a story: In comes the Air Jordan 1 Low ‘Elkins’, dubbed after the alma mater of the Cactus Jack head honcho.
Clad in the colors of Travis’ Elkins High School in Missouri City, Texas, the pair comes clad in Canary, Racer Blue, Light Silver, and Gum Medium Brown. Signature elements, such as the reverse Swoosh and Cactus Jack branding, remain consistent with previous releases. A tumbled leather upper, a white midsole with Nike Air cushioning in the heel, together with a gum rubber outsole round out the vivid design.
