Following up on the recently launched Paris and Milan editions of the Air Jordan I, Nike is set to release another ‘City Pack’ for one of its most iconic silhouettes. This time around, the legendary Air Max 1 is getting treated to two new colorways based on the metropolises of London and Amsterdam.
Not unlike the sought-after city editions of the Air Jordan I, both renditions of the Air Max pay homage to their respective reference cities with subtle color combinations and refined material combinations ranging from suede and nylon to corduroy.
The Amsterdam edition of the Nike Air Max 1 features warm and earthy tones including an eye-catching heel piece in terracotta, whereas its London counterpart sticks with colder combinations of grey and blue. Both runners feature embroideries of their respective city’s signature waterways on their heels.
