Reminiscent of a highly popular color-theme of the Air Jordan I that was originally released way back in 2003, Jordan Brand is adding another variant to the ever-growing list of AJI colorways: The Air Jordan I Black/Gold.
The high-top that looks like it comes straight off the feet of Jordan Brand athlete and Madden 99-club member Michael Thomas, combines black patent leather uppers and and golden Swoosh and wings logos. Compared to the 2003 release, this edition has a higher collar which is why it adds an extra dosage of gold around the ankle.
