The latest release in a growing line of Air Jordan IIs – a silhouette that has been a focal point of Jumpman drops in recent months – takes His Airness’ second signature shoe back to the era of its debut with a subtle colorway that matches the aesthetic of mid 80s sportswear and the early days of Jordan Brand.
The upper of this lifestyle edition of the basketball classic combines smooth leather with hairy suede for a crisp white/off-white base that allows elements of dark, cherrywood red to shine. The shoes’ eponymous highlight color is found on the AJ II’s characteristic heel piece as well as on the lining and outsole in addition to the prominent wings logo on the tongue.
