In anticipation of International Women’s Day, the B-Hive (BSTN’s dedicated community hub at the London flagship store) hosted a workshop to provide a platform for the community and to empower young creatives to express themselves.
Led by Sneaker Sisterhood and Dani Dawks, the all-female workshop was themed around equality and unity and featured lessons in handiwork and craftsmanship to create customized tote bags that matched the day’s special release: The WMNS Air Jordan I Low ‘IWD Unity’.
The Sneaker Sisterhood is a female collective that’s based in London and rooted in sneaker culture. Examples of power and fierceness, the three founders and their global community strive to bring women to the forefront of sneaker culture.
One day, this day will be our every day.
