To celebrate four decades of Flimby Factory, the home of New Balance’s premium ‘Made in UK’ line, the label teamed up with Paperboy Paris and japanese label BEAMS for two pairs of NBs that simultaneously pay tribute to the UK line‘s past and present: The M920PPB and M1500BMS.
Paperboy Paris’s love for soft tones – which already made previous NB collabs highly sought after – is channeled through light blue pastel hits on the M1500BMS. White mesh, a reflective ‘N’ logo and an ENCAP midsole keep things classic New Balance style on the M920PPB. And BEAMS‘ penchant for mismatched panelling rounds off both silhouettes, whose mudguards switch between shades of grey on the left and right shoe of each pair. Both pairs feature co-branded embroidery on the tongues.
