sacai designer Chitose Abe and Nike deliver the first follow-up to what has unquestionably ranked among the most highly sought-after sneakers of the year 2019! However, the first version of the Nike x Sacai LDWaffle released in 2020 differs significantly from its predecessors.
The two brand-new colorways are clearly the most toned-down LDWaffles yet to release from the immensely successful collaboration, pairing up a mostly black version of the shoe with an almost entirely white counterpart.
The 2020 release not only forgoes the vibrant colors that were distinctive features of its forerunners but also leaves behind the LDWaffles’ mesh bases, opting for nylon constructions this time around.
The white as well as the black version of the Nike x Sacai LDWaffle will release at BSTN on Tuesday, March 10th. For your chance at purchasing either pair, make sure to enter the BSTN raffle before Monday, March 9th, at 3 pm CET.
