As part of Nike’s Artist Series in 2006, Brooklyn-based artist Stash launched the ‘Blue Pack’, consisting of the Air Max 95 and Air Force 1 Low. Almost two decades later, the legendary writer/ designer/ streetwear OG – and the first artist ever to officially put his spin on a Nike silhouette – returns for another round with Nike to revive the iconic designs.
For the updated Air Force 1, Stash mixes stitched and fused overlays to create a silky-smooth finish. The durable upper combines Soft Grey nubuck and textured Harbor Blue textiles, plus Varsity Royal and Midnight Navy accents. Custom insoles pop against the Pure Platinum lining and Stash’s signature handwork is embroidered on the tongue label.
The Stash x Nike Air Max 95 retro features updated materials, merging real and synthetic leather with rugged textiles and a color mix of black, Midnight Navy, Obsidian, Midnight Fog, Varsity Royal and Harbor Blue. Unlike the original, the pair features exposed webbing lace loops that feed through open eyelets rather than staying concealed beneath the upper. The speckled midsole houses comfortable Max Air cushioning while the zippered tongue feature swappable hook-and-loop patches for a personalized look.
