Thanks to the new Polartec High Loft fabric, the Alpedge jacket from The North Face is the ideal mid-layer for activities in the mountains. High Loft consists of hydrophobic yarns that repel moisture and dry particularly quickly. Extended polyester yarns create large air pockets to retain more heat while the insulation remains lightweight. It also offers an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio, giving you more freedom of movement in technical terrain. Plus, the symmetrical design is not only soft, but also reduces surface friction for versatile layering.
