How to measure
i.
Place a piece of paper on a hard floor touching a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
ii.
Mark the end of your longest toe for booth feet with a pencil. Teamwork helps here.
iii.
Measure the distance from the end of the paper (wall / heel) to the longest toe for both feet. Compare the length to our sizechart to find the right size.

After much testing and several prototypes, Nike brought its runner with the particularly striking sole to life in 2000. The first Nike Shox was born. And it came onto the market in a total of three versions - Shox R4, BB4 and XTR. The Shox technology works according to a simple and straightforward principle: the sole absorbs energy when the heel strikes the ground and returns it directly to the runner as soon as they put weight on their toes in the next step. This version in black and metallic gold synthetic leather with metallic silver heel columns takes the R4 even further into the future.
